Been waiting for this game for awhile if I’m honest, not excited but I really enjoy COD zombies, and seeing a different indie take on it instead of the other types of survival shooters out there, I was really hoping this would be good. But as it is right now, in early access, this game is pretty bad. Giving the benefit and kudos to the solo developer here, but even for 10 dollars, I can’t justify buying the game as it is right now. I will be refunding and re-adding it to my wishlist and hopefully coming back when this game is (hopefully) better. I will not be directly comparing this to COD Zombies, but there will be times where comparison is required, as it is obviously heavily inspired by it. Guns either have no ammo, shoot too quickly, or do too little damage. I have no clue which it is because every gun runs out of ammo completely in 1 single round killing like 6 dudes. And I’m not talking round 15 and above in a cod zombies game, I’m talking round 5 I used all my ammo in an M16 esque rifle and half of my AKs ammo. What the hell is going on Ash? That’s a genuine question. This snowballs into like 5 different issues. Why do I get 12$ per shot hit and 112$ on kill, and for some reason end up buying ammo for my guns twice a round at round 10? I never have money in this game because I’m constantly spending money on ammo boxes which cost 800$ and in rounds 1-10 I’m still trying to save to buy guns which are all like 1500$+. My pistol runs out of ammo on round 2, pretty normal, but uh. Why can’t i buy a little weak weapon with decent ammo that’ll get me through the early rounds for like 500-800 in spawn room? Most weapons on the floor are 2 rounds things. I have to start meleeing enemies just to get anything done on round 2 because I cannot afford anything. The Jackbox Party Pack 5

t’s not dangerous. Playing on normal i turned the game off because enemies do little to no damage. I got to round 10 and got an achievement for getting to round ten on easy. My guess is the game just is a well designed game and completing the challenge on a harder difficulty unlocks the lower difficulty achievements. But to be sure I went to hard mode and I really could not feel a difference… I actually stood still and let 4 demons swipe at me for a good 8 seconds before I had to start moving again or I’d die. I regenerated all my health in 8 seconds from running away because it’s so easy. I’m okay with having more health, sometimes in COD Zombies you just die and it’s cause of something stupid even with jug, but this? Without any perk upgrade to health? I don’t see myself EVER dying. There was no challenge at all and this needs to be changed at least on Hard difficulty. Grenades. Wow these suck. Like throwing them always makes them roll to the right and their explosion radius is tiny. I know theres different specialty grenades but I need money for those and I’m too busy spending money on guns and ammo. This game runs horribly. Early access, it’s in your list of things you’re working on, I understand. But I have a 3070, 3700x and 32gb of ram, at max settings I’m getting 35fps or lower. DLSS quality mode bumps me up to 75 and above. Something is not right there. Lowering the graphics isn’t a problem, it’s the fact that it runs so poorly without DLSS and is arguably only playable with it on on my system at max, and probably only just barely But playing on the steamdeck to test it out there, running at ultra looks like garbage and runs at 30-45fps. But it just LOOKS bad. It seems like this game is not designed to run at any resolution below 1080p. It just looks extremely blurry and blocky at the same time. But hey it runs on steamdeck out of the box, and hopefully the dev gets around to testing for steam deck. Swordship
