Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 Free Download Unfitgirl When the universally derided game Ninety-Nine Nights II was announced back in 2010, the game’s producer made a bold claim: you’d end up squaring off against armies of up to 1 million troops. This naturally became a meme, and the game absolutely didn’t even come close to this. Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2, on the other hand, does. Mostly. You ever wonder if five John Wicks would be enough to take down 100,000 zombies? Well, they’re more than enough. The game enters Early Access today with nothing but its sandbox components, so the question stands: is Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2, or UEBS2, worth it yet? UEBS2 is going to get campaigns with stories and the like, along with the ability for players to craft their own. At launch, however, the game only offers a sandbox mode and a few maps, such as Mount Olympus and Troy. Of course, there isn’t much in the way of “gameplay” to speak of, but that’s not really the point. It really couldn’t be much easier to place your armies and jump right into the madness without wasting any time. There’s no need for a tutorial or anything of the sort. Everything’s purely self-explanatory. You can add as many armies as you’d like and separate them into teams. You can then specify how many units you want on that team and place them wherever you desire on the map. Unfitgirl.COM SEXY GAMES

There’s a pretty large selection of units to choose from, including obvious choices such as Roman and Greek armies, to zombies, WWII soldiers, hero characters (including John Wick, Chuck Norris, and… Nikola Tesla?). You can even add animals such as ducks and shrimp. Then you just boot into the map. At this point, you can position the armies via the overhead RTS mode, or take control of an individual unit. Then you press a button and the armies will start attacking each other. Or they’ll stand around if you set them to hold instead of attack. Okay, the one million troop thing also appears to be a bit untrue in Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 Early Access. But only by a little bit! Whenever I tried to set the unit count at a million, only about 996,000 or so would show up. Hopefully more development means we can reach the 1 million dream. When you take control of a unit, you can only move, run, and use a single attack. Or have them make a “battle cry” sound. The single attacks for the melee characters are underwhelming and, unfortunately, not fun to use. If you wanted to slaughter a horde with melee attacks, it’d definitely take a while. And then there’s the characters with guns. Guns are massively overpowered. Kicking off a fight between ranged armies will just see the battlefield descend into a light show where the better units melt their targets.

One million troops

It’s ridiculous. Those five John Wicks took out 100,000 zombies in no time at all, too. Such is the power of gun fu. I hope melee movesets are expanded on, as I’d absolutely love to wander into the middle of a horde and just tear through it. Granted, you can make custom units and massively increase their health, damage, attack ranges, and other parameters. Much like everything else, it’s all super easy. UEBS2 doesn’t exactly run well, but it runs much better than it probably has any right to. If there are like a million characters duking it out and I’m still getting 40 fps, that’s not at all a deal-breaker, especially since this isn’t a “gameplay” kind of game. Not yet, at least. If you’re looking to simply throw crazy armies at each other then Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 is worth it in Early Access. Everyone else might want to wait and see how the campaigns go, but that won’t take too long, as the game is only set to stay in EA for a few months. Let’s hope it ends up kind of feeling like what a good Dynasty Warriors game would be. You know, if those got made. Fifty thousand penguins are waddling with murderous intent. Their target is a ragtag band of fighters—Roman legionaries, World War II-era US infantry, medieval archers, axe-wielding fantasy dwarves and Chuck Norris, all standing in wait for the avian horde. Norris breaks off first, followed by the Romans. Mafia II: Definitive Edition

Each legionary kills tens of penguins before falling, but there’s still tens of thousands more. The ranged fighters do well for a while, but the mass of writhing penguin flesh swings around to flank and subsume. The scene starts to draw some attention. Samuel turns to ask me something, but the question is lost as he notices the hundreds of dead penguins littering the battlefield. Andy is called over, but has to leave because he can’t deal with the single-digit framerate as my CPU struggles to process the inadvisable number of angry, flightless birds I’ve created. This is Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator at its most effective. It’s less a game than a tool for generating ridiculous combat scenarios. Experienced as a bite-sized chunk of surreal action, it’s incredibly effective. It’s no wonder it caught the attention of some big name YouTubers, and why, as a result, it spent a large portion of its first week out of Early Access in Steam’s top sellers list. Unfortunately, outside of the 30-or-so minutes of entertainment that comes from seeing penguins (or kangaroos, or orcs, or zombies, or Santas) do battle, it’s not very good. There’s a decent number of unit types, historical, fictional and animal. You can assign any number of them, into a variety of teams, and place them across the handful of maps. The interface for this is clunky and limited, but it’s functional.

Armies of the damned

Once tweaked to your specifications, you watch the action play out. Usually, this involves wrenching the camera around (or sitting back in cinematic mode), and watching as fighters wave weapons at each other until one of them falls down. It doesn’t look very good, and the animations are basic. It’s frequently buggy, too. Worse than that, though, it just isn’t very pleasant to manipulate or control. I constantly felt like I was fighting against the interface or camera. A few usability tweaks would have made things more pleasant, such as an RTS style minimap that you could click to instantly warp the camera. Things get worse if you attempt to ‘possess’ a fighter—assuming direct control to try to help or hinder a team. There’s no weight or depth to fighting, and that’s assuming a bug doesn’t trap the camera outside the boundaries of the map—as happened to me when I attempted to take control of Chuck Norris in order to kick a few penguins. I like Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator’s conceit—I used to love creating AI skirmishes in Garry’s Mod—but here any potential drama is squandered by the poor execution. UEBS is good at the moneyshot—the ridiculous joy of seeing an unreasonable number of chickens swarm over some Nazis, or a super-powered turtle take on a cavalry brigade. But the joke soon wears thin, and, outside of that single gag, Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator fails to entertain. Maneater PS5

When I first saw Brilliant studios making the high promises they did about the sequel to UEBS i have to admit I thought they would disappoint. The initial game could hardly handle 100,000 units with poor textures and low choppy animations, god forbid you have ranged units on screen cause the lag would skyrocket when they open fired, and they were promising MILLION soldier battles. But despite my doubts i was willing to give it a chance because they’re not big devs so its not like they were being lazy, and I figured it might be better in some regard anyways. I opened the title screen to the opening sequence, and I legitimately closed the game out a couple times just to watch that again. I was already happy with the 20 dollars i spent just based on that intro alone. I have never been so happy to be so wrong in my life. Not only can this game handle an army of a million, I have so far had about 12 million on screen and absolutely no drops in frame rate, granted i’m running a 2700 super, so maybe i’m on the higher end of the scale, but still, 12 million units on screen above 50fps? astounding. There is just so much detail now, and I have no idea how they keep this game running 50 times better than the original with the amount of visual updates they’ve made. Every bullet is an individual light source, which you would think would crash the game if too many were fired.

The unit AI is also incredible now

I have had millions of american soldiers with their attack speed cranked up by 10 firing all at once and the game still ran smooth, I was TRYING to break it and couldn’t even get a frame drop. Another one that just baffles me is the volumetric preservation of liquids, the animations may not be flawless, but the fact that it can handle liquid displacement physics, and again, with zero impact on performance, just blows me away. Even more amazing is that blood does the same, and if you turn on the volumetric blood setting at the sandbox screen bottom, the two MIX, fade into each other, water washes the blood away. Unbelievable. Before they just kinda mobbed forward to a target and if an obstacle was there they’d just plow into it until they got pushed to the side of it by the back end. Now not only do they pre-map their routes so that they move very effectively and avoid obstacles that would slow them down, they employ actual strategies like surrounding and flanking, something the units couldn’t even do on accident in the original. Soldiers with shields and weaponry will actually strafe and dodge then lunge in to attack, making unit competition about so much more than just dps and health. Manhunt 2

And at the time i’m writing this there has been one minor update that added a couple units, and that’s it. This is just the alpha and its already so good.  And based on the content additions from the first game and the deliverance of their promises in just the alpha of this sequel, I fully expect and trust that Brilliant will be polishing this game from coal to a diamond, and I already have a hard time seeing this as coal, so I cannot wait to see this game in a year or two. I could keep ranting on and on about the improvements made in this sequel, but i’d be typing for at least a solid hour. my money was well worth it, if you’re in to this type of game buy it right now, you wont be disappointed. Welcome to Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2, the most ridiculous and insane battle simulator in existence! Create eye watering battles with hundreds of thousands, and even millions of characters on screen! Sandbox mode will return, with infinite army sizes and far greater flexibility than ever. Command your armies in RTS mode with full drag select army control, or get the job done yourself and play as any one of the units in 3rd or 1st person.

In coming updates for early access, jump into multiple story and player driven campaigns or make your own and share them with your friends! FPS invasion will also be returning soon, where you play through the eyes of a soldier fighting off hordes of zombies in first person. Lets not ignore the elephant in the room! UEBS2 features revolutionary new crowd rendering and AI technology which uses pure GPU POWER to bring nation size battles to life!  Witness the first game to fully utilize full GPU acceleration for every AI individual and all the technology behind the crowd tech. UEBS2 handles 100 times more characters on screen than its predecessor, and in far greater detail and quality. Details were not ignored, every individual has highly advanced decision making and animation, all while working together for a greater goal. We are also working hard on our own ‘mass’ GPU physics engine. Our hope is to bring physics to a scale never before seen, which may allow thousands of ragdolls, and millions of physics based objects. Keep in mind, our physics engine is in very early development so we can’t make any guarantees.
