This game is awesome its a absolute blast! I didn’t have such strong positive emotions for long time since Witcher 3 or Divinity: Original Sin 2 and I did play games for more than 30+ years and love first Outcast! I Hope this review will pinpoint game for other passionate gamers who value outstanding developer work and spend their precious time on best projects. I will try to update this review as play more as this first time I do review before fully play game at least once. 10h – First hours in game and I was carried away by beauty, mechanics, small details. Every aspect of game play is fantastic and this DAY 1 experience. I am just explored slowly first settlement and talked to many villagers and this was really brilliant work of the team – dialogs and animation of NPC’s such great voices and actor play I didn’t see even in AAA projects of megacorps today! It’s really passionate work and I was right not to spoil my experience by demo or videos made on consoles as on PC it’s look far better and wait and wait long 25 years for sequel to come ( I did played first Outcast many dozens times and also Second conflict 100%). And I will not to start tell about music just one line – this the only game for long time where I leave music ‘ON’ ! It’s a pity for me to see many negative reviews with couple of worlds and less than 1-2h gameplay. Game not perfect, have some problems on some platforms, but I have zero crashes so far, only get ‘loss’ of all saves, hopefully saves was not lost but game somehow can’t see them (managed with help of community solve it fast).
