The main character Dan – a young man who just recently graduated from the university majoring in “Organic Robotics and Artificial Intelligence”. It would seem a great profession, but our hero can not decide what to do next. I’m sure you can help him make up his mind! He is surrounded by different people, among them, there are close friends, and some even closer than he thought. The sudden incident will make our hero wake up from “hibernation” and become a real man, who is ready to do anything to achieve his goal.This project has been curated with commitment and professionalism as regards art, animations and especially science fiction history and compared to what you can find around it is certainly part of those few excellent relalizations, but it is lacking / trivial under the aspect that concerns the sex and this caused by the lack of diversity of the female characters (bodies too perfect and similar) and in the H scenes not supported by dialogues that trigger accumulation and tension. Sex is obvious and too predictable, this aspect is even more difficult to manage when a single and undisputed male character (MC) interacts with many female characters with vanilla stories and predictable dialogues prelude to flat sex scenes. My personal rating would be 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 because I think this dev, with a little more effort, could do a lot more with the technical skills he can put in place and demonstrated in this project. This game is beautiful. The characters are very well design, except for a strange detail in Monica’s hair that makes her look bald. The animations are not the best, but they are very well done. The dev knows like few others how to create an expression. Visually, the game is excellent. The prologue was a little confusing, but promising. It got me very excited about what was to come, but as soon as the sandbox started, everything went downhill. The writing and dialogues really let me down, and I’m not even considering the bad translation. With all due respect to the dev, but they need a proper writer to redo the dialogues and reconstruct some scenes.

Sexual scenes

It’s annoying to see a 25yo guy who behaves like a 12yo boy. He keeps opening doors to spy on naked women and hear from his “landlady” that “he is an adult now”. The guy has been an adult for 7 years!!!! The initial dialogue with Mark sounds like two 14yo boys. Everything happens extremely fast. He barely meets Susan and they are already walking hand in hand. On the second “date”, he gives her oral sex (and by the way, the reason why she didn’t get the job at the university and why Mark hired her, I’m sorry but it’s just stupid). Amy meets the guy and already has erotic dreams about him. He barely meets Betty and they are already kissing and she invites him to her house to fuck. By the way, is she a pharmacist or a hooker? Her work outfit is completely transparent. Susan’s too. They are basically naked. And last but not least, Jesse, his best friend since childhood, only realizes that he is in love with her after she sees him spying on her naked in the shower every day. With all the girls, the MC basically meets and fucks, with nothing in between. I understand where the dev wants to go with some character, but they clearly have no experience with writing and character development, and ends up rushing everything and creating forced situations and unrealistic dialogues. I couldn’t past episode 1. It’s unplayable. There is no emotion in it. The game has a lot of potential, it can be one of the best, but for this it needs another writer. I wish I could get 5 or even more stars, but for now I can only give 2.The game is well designed. The characters look excellent and the other graphics are also of high quality. The music brings a fitting atmosphere which only enhances the already interesting story. By working a lot with sandbox, I think that the momentum of the story is slightly lost, but luckily this sandbox is not very difficult. For example, the game itself has a cheat system so that you do not have to grind.High medium disgust the story does not explain anything or yes but very badly then when you think that the end ends the introduction and they can no longer bore you to death we start with sandbox and a lot of characters that should matter but how do they explain so shit no longer I wanted to continue, the only positive thing is the graphics, but if I want to play a game where I don’t understand anything about its history, I’m going to elden ring. Excellent visuals. So many girls, they look real. Freaking fanfuckingtastic looking girls. The lighting and complexion is spot on. They don’t look like zombies. Oh, I just can’t iterate enough how good this game looks.

But let’s move to other stuff. The game started very serious with supposed mystery and obfuscation, we’ll it’s to generate an air or mystery I guess but it came of as disconnected and pretentious (the vigilante part). So I skipped away a bit and to my surprise I discovered the the game was sandbox(ish), really it didn’t look at all like that, not like it’s bad but they tend to be grindy and you have to deal with the UI, which is not bad, just average. So I just skipped ahead all the way to a point (where having a date with a girl in a bath and seggs, oh I love her eyes, overall super hot girl) so I had my final wank for the day and call it quits for now. Some people say the plot is good, idk, I just skipped ahead but to me it seemed the the text length was for me double of what’s needed to be. I think I gotta take it slowly maybe. Maybe writing must be improved. Too much text to me is writing error, the plot, premise, logic etc. could be good don’t let it dragging. Anyways, the visuals are excellent, maybe a non sandbox(ish) game could be better. Like how AAA games add “RPG elements” to the detriment of the game, sandbox may do the same issue for this game. Maybe it just gives me and urgency to do the things on the quest list. Also the girls when not having to do something you just click and say “hello, I need to go” doesn’t help. I feel this game has tremendous potential. Because the girls, in terms of look and variety in this game are the best of the best or second to none. Or maybe I’m wrong about the visuals being the absolute best, because I haven’t been playing unfinished games for a long time.I will never understand how a game with graphics as great as this one can be that bad. First thing first, the translation is poor even for someone that is not native, and it is hard to read for an also not native like myself. Second thing: When will devs learn that when you make an open world lewd game you need to put WAY more sex content than in a normal lewd visual novel, the grinding and slow pacing in this game is absurd, for instance the shower scenes man… I’m not going to extend myself because the game does not deserve a full review as it doesn’t take itself seriously. Not much to say here, the graphics of this game are very well done, both the characters and the backgrounds, you can feel a lot of money went into making this game as good looking as it is. The characters have a great diversity to their faces, and display a decent amount of facial expressions, something you don’t always see in these types of games. The animations are lacking, but at this point it’d only be the icing on the cake, and the cake is already delicious without it.

Sound & Music :

Project ATMOSPHERE tries really hard to have a nice diversity of titles and fit them to the mood of every scenes, it’s quite refreshing in a genre of games where the music is often overlooked. The game doesn’t have a distinct style like some other games I can’t name, meaning that maybe you’ll find those titles in other games, but there is a quality to every title that shows the devs paid a lot of attention to this part of the game. Some titles are even the main driving force of some scenes, conveying the emotions of said scenes very well. Story : The story of Project ATMOSPHERE is probably it’s strongest suit, and it’s weakest one at the same time. Sadly, a decent amount of dialogues kinda lose their sense because the translation in English is not the greatest, and the game suffers from it, mostly on the character development side. Other than that, the main story is extremely good, and even has mysteries to it. It makes you want to know what’s next, and explore this world further. I liked the pace of the main story very much, but people should be warned that the sci-fi aspect of the game comes pretty late in the current build, so don’t get your hopes high just yet if you’re a big fan of that genre.

I was really surprised with parts of the gameplay, because it has a “free roam” vibe to it, which is more liberty than your typical Ren’Py VN, but it’s a bit deceptive. There are many choices to make than seems to influence the way the story goes, but the “free roam” aspect can’t be played in lots of ways. Notes gets added to your “to do” list and you can’t go to bed before completing all your tasks, as far as I know. There is no real “current time of the day” and apart from some “tasks” only unlocking after the completion of other “tasks”, you can do everything in any order you’d like, but you will HAVE to do everything before completing the day, which kinda defeats the point of having a “free roam” mode. Don’t get me wrong, you will still have important decisions to make during those “tasks”, but doing the “tasks” or not isn’t an option, which is a shame, because the game is very close to having a fully fledged “free roam” mode, it just need a bit more freedom. It’s still much better than most games you’ll play here, and I appreciate that the game tells you when some choices are very important for the direction the main story will take afterwards. In conclusion, I think Project ATMOSPHERE is a very good game, but with just a little more work, and a new and competent translator, it could really be up there with the most popular titles on this forum when you browse by weighed ratings. The 1st time i saw this release few weeks ago i said to myself : “looks good (especially Monica)”. Images attracted me but this was just the beginning and i thought there was not much content so i decided to wait. 3 days ago i went for it and Waowww Story is good. i don’t want to spoil but you don’t know what it really is if you don’t go further. so It surprised me and it is enterntaining. Very good renders for me, Girls, expressions on faces, Locations…animations are god too althought some can be improved to get more fluidity… (i make a request to the dev : i’d like to see animated kisses. Kisses can be very hot, sensual and il like it even in a sex scene. so…if it’s possbible…) One thing is great since this game is sandbox : the hints box. Super good idea and very usefull. you don’t have to search for hours what to do. So it give a good pace to the game between reading and action. Bravo. Pictures in the gallery are top too So, the game deserves 5 stars also to encourage the work…CAN’t wait for more. I surely recommand this game.
