There’s some clarification of points that were never resolved in the first game, but there’s new unanswered questions – how did everyone escape? There’s more emotional depth in the game; one comes to like the characters only for the game to make a surpisingly sad turn midway through. As with it’s predecessor, there are some language usage issues; “manor” repeatedly gets substituted for “manner”. There’s also this unintentionally hilarious error: Finally, there was clearly a LOT of love that went into the many possible endings; even if I think some of them are kind of extraneous, I appreciate that they’re there. Story = It get more crazy than the first game, but there is stuff that don’t make sense and are we never have any answers. Renders = Not the best, but there is some good ones, the girls from the first game are here, with some new ones. Sound = If you are waiting for an amazing soundtrack, a lot of musics, well, is not there, but tha game have some sounds and musics. Amount of content = Full game, but not giant, if you play the game in an normal speed, no rushing all the text, i believe 4-5 hours of gameplay, but if you are a fast reader, a lot less. The game is bad? More or less, the game is relative good until 70% of the game, after that, the game become a mess, some events from the first game, are never answered in this one. The ending, i understand why is there, but is really bad, and give you a really bad taste. If you are hoping for a “happy ending” is not there, and will make you feel bad. In my opinion, look like the game was rushed after some part just to “end”. There is no gallery, there is a lot of things that don’t have answers again, there is things that don’t make any sense, bad ending, is unfortunately a poor game, after the first i was hoping for a lot more, the game don’t deliver that. The only positive aspect of the game that i could put if the diversity of the models, even if we have the same “species” of monsters, they are unique, and some good sex scenes too.WTf… I mean.. What the..? It is disgusting, it is scary and I have no clue what to do. No questlog, no hints. You have to “farm” each spot until you find a little “!” over one of the ugly npcs to trigger a litte dialoge, which is needed to progress. I don’t even know what the progression is for- no goal or anything I could work with. The renders are bad, lack of details and the scenes are not even animated. There is a lot of things going on in this game, which at first is rather interesting. But as it turns out, most of the mysteries you find or hear about, never get answered and they are now just forgotten by everyone else in the game, you will never know the answer to the questions you ask yourself in this game and that is infuriating. The writing is okay, the language is mediocre. If you are picky with grammar, then this is not the game for you. But even then there are so many simple typos that could have been fixed. Over all I have to say I am very disappointed in it. It had a good idea but everything feels rushed, forgotten and just randomly put together. No conclusions to anything, jumping between tense moments and snoring for 2 days like nothing matters. Forgetting previous conversations with other characters in less than 20 seconds, like they never happened. It also seems that every single character in this game, including the MC, is bipolar with a minimum of 4 personalities. None of which makes any sense or have any explanation. Because there is no other way things could go the way it does.

GAMEPLAY

The main character of the Breeding Island series may be one of the most annoying mc’s EVER. At first I thought I was being trolled by his behavior but it continued throughout the entire series. He’s a cuck without actually being a cuck, his constant “I love you” banter get old and lame really fast. The first girl he saw he’s all like “I love you, bear my children”, I mean I get that it’s called Breeding Island but to regurgitate the same lines over and over again to every single girl/monster was a bad taste. The art was okay as well as the colorful selection of characters but the story was lacking and overall bland to me. I wish the devs luck with their next project and hope they have nothing but success. It has a fun storyline with engaging characters and dynamics. All of the characters are mysterious in their own way and have their own agendas, which makes navigating the island all the more interesting. Moreso the fact that you can actually die if you screw up (although you can easily rollback to the checkpoint before you screwed up, so it doesn’t get frustrating). Clad in Iron: Sakhalin 1904

The sex scenes are great for the most part. I don’t care for armpit stuff, and that gets mentioned a few times. Wasn’t enough to bother me though. I like the fact that the game was bold enough to heavily incorporate rimming in the game. Oddly enough that, little to no anal, which is a bummer. Not enough games do that. I also like the fact that the game doesn’t shy away from the island’s inhabitants being unhygenic or unbathed at some points. There’s something about a dirty orc that’s just hnnnnngh. Not enough blow jobs, but the sex scenes that are in are fairly unique. The player character is kind of annoying, but it can be ignored. He talks a lot and screams “I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU” in every sex scene. Kind of jarring. I would have preferred being able to name our character, but whatever. He also is wearing those swim trunks throughout the entire game. Even when he’s back in his own world, living his ordinary life, he never puts clothes back on for some reason. The game could benefit greatly from an English proof-reader since the English isn’t that great. It’s good enough to understand and enjoy everything though. There was a period of time though where I wasn’t sure if Alice was the player’s sister or neighbor. There’s also a lot of things that are said that are either contradictory or confusing, which I attribute to being a language barrier.

I know it seems like I’m harping on the game a lot, but these are the only real issues with it. The game is fun and worth trying out. It can be seen for future how characters are drawn and maybe trace the body from existing models for his own artwork. It is absurd that the constants introduced in the story keep changing, so notes can be taken of what plot relevant points or world building points are introduced in the story. A way to improve would study about writing dialogues and writing characters, for which he may use books or other means such as for example playing games with certain characters whose personality matches the ones he wants to make. It would also help if one sees some popular games in this genre and how their protagonists are written to get an idea. The sex scene writing can be learned from popular nukiges and higher production works. ( VNDB tag filters can be used for recommendation in this para realting to traits, sexual scenes, highly rated writings in a genre etc etc) The game feels as if there wasn’t much planning/homework in its execution, so reaching out to other developers and learning about how they structure their project or learning from other sources would help. It happens that authors across mediums forget some plot points or constants that introduce inconsistencies, or there can be a few loopholes ( which is more likely), but this story is riddled with it and it occurs every changing minute, a problem to be worked on for future projects.

It did make me laugh quite a bit at places due to how bad it was and kept me reading in anticipation and hope of having an ok mystery plot which it unfortunately didn’t in the end. This is just a plain trainwreck with no redeeming qualities in the end now that i’m done reading it. Others have their charm. A few others stand out, for their quality or their depravity. And then there are games like Breeding Island, who don’t easily fit into the standard models. The game is a strange, strange mix of eroticism and horror. The MC builds a harem – but in a submissive way. Trapped on an island where almost every creature is either physically far superior to him, wields supernatural powers, or both – he has little choice to submit to the whims of every creature who takes an interest in him. Only his rarity as a human male, and occasional quick thinking, keeps him alive. While the MC himself is in many ways uninspiring, surviving as he does through a combination of cowardice, cunning or Stockholm Syndrome – his lovers/tormentors are the heart of the game. The game is not without flaws – there are the occasional grammar mistakes or odd word choices (which could be explained away as oddities in the usage of English on the island), and there are a few logical inconsistencies (which can be explained away as the natives being ignorant or deceptive about certain matters.) The game ends in a cliffhanger, which is fine, but there are definitely odd threads to the story which never are really explained or have any payoff, and, particularly towards the end, there are scenes where characters have long discussions where the MC isn’t present, which feels clumsy given that the story is generally (though not exclusively!) told from his point of view. Overall, if you like a charmingly strange story, and/or have a thing for amazonian femdom, this game is a must download.Well..the game is good, and unique, if you are thinking that this is a harem game, with an alpha male that fuck everyone, well, is not, the mc have sex with different monster girls, but the is weak and submissive, every wrong question or when the mc grow some balls, he die. The ending is not something that you think, and some people may be mad, but there is continuation of the game. Is a different game, with a lot of different fetishes, most of the time the mc is submissive, have some nice renders, a crazy story, with some nice monster girls.
