As already mentioned, the graphics consist of painted backgrounds and figures. In the first part, these animations are even more useful, but the second part in particular impresses with improvements in many points. There are also different perspectives and in general everything seems a bit smoother there. Since the graphics don’t specialize in three-dimensional monster graphics, the Switch versions run just as well as the rest of the ports on the other platforms. The sound is also very minimalistic. There is no real music, only the effects of the footsteps, the heartbeat and the sounds of the ghosts. The quality of the noise shows that it wasn’t a high-end production, but the atmosphere doesn’t suffer as a result. I think this graphic style is beautiful and I really hope there will be a sequel. In terms of content, the games have nothing to do with each other apart from the setting. So you experience two different adventures in one collection that knows how to entertain. The playing time for both parts is just over 5 hours, which is great for playing on a rainy, cold autumn day.
