Completing all these missions will increase the Outlaw’s notoriety, giving the Sherrif key information to help track them down and put a permanent end to their bad-guy antics. As the Outlaw, players can do optional side missions to reduce their notoriety in the town and blend in with the other townsfolk. Surely another spitting competition won’t hurt anybody, right? Can’t queue with friends. You sort of can. Since no one is ever playing, you and a friend can queue at the same time, but you are not always on the same team.  Leavers. Some people just leave right away, before anything even happens. Then the game is over quick because its a 2v1. When I get into the next game, the person who left previous is now in my game again, and for whatever reason they leave again. There needs to be a penalty for people who leave the game. Keep them out of my next games for a bit. Maybe an increase in a timeout each time they do it.  Strategy. Right now most players have no idea what they are doing so most games are fine, but Sheriff has a huge advantage. All you need to do is pay attention to what tasks haven’t been completed and you can camp out the last one or two tasks. This makes it nearly impossible to win as Outlaw if the Sheriff knows what they are doing. There needs to be some more things added to the game to counter this. This indie gem is fun for all players. Set in the Wild West, players must play as the sheriff to uncover outlaws. Otherwise play as the outlaw and hide from the sheriff. Fun maps, fun game play and hilarious moments combine to make this a multiplayer experience you should try.  West Hunt allows players to be pit against each other or players versus bots. The aim of the game is for one player or bot to be the sheriff and the other to be the outlaw. The outlaw will be tasked with carrying out several nefarious tasks such as poisoning the water supply or stealing medicine. Additionally, every time the outlaw carries out a task the sheriff will be tipped off anonymously with a letter in the mail box. However, it only tells the sheriff the task that has been completed and not the actual location. Therefore, players must use their deductive skills to sus out where the player could be and investigate any of the NPC’s to see if they are acting “shifty”. The game runs pretty smoothly. At first I was apprehensive due to “tank” controls but after getting in the groove of things you realize this is for the benefit of the player.

Great game. As of the time of this review there is a desperate need for 2v2 queues and there seem to be 2 primary points of imbalance. The first being as Sheriff once you learn all of the objective points you can effectively force the outlaw to come get shot, and the second being that if the Outlaw spams secondary missions and keeps their notoriety bottomed out it’s almost impossible to find them. Playing as an NPC you would be robotic and if you’re trying to blend in it’s best to act exactly like everyone else on the map.At the moment West Hunt offers three maps. Each map looks plucked from a spaghetti western film. The town is big and features a train platform with several houses, shops and even an old fashioned bank and jail. However, the fortress is even bigger with a wooden perimeter, teaming with soldiers and dotted with tents and weapons. Lastly, is Mexico City. Mexico City seems like an oasis in the dry desert filled with tiled houses and fountains. Ultimately, the game has something for players to work towards.

Leveling up yields several different skins, pets, emotes and titles for the sheriff. Who doesn’t love parading on online games with their hard earned cosmetics. Players will also be able to utilize hints and more to avoid the Sherriff and navigate the game through its randomized elements. The stakes are high! Game needs some balance. Playing as Sheriff, it is too hard to win. Mails coming in delay and also if your enemy does side missions, it is nearly impossible to win.  Also it needs lobby system to search matches with your friend at the same time, we are trying to get in the game by clicking fast search at the same time which clearly sucks. Yeah, the thing that bothered me the most is playing Sheriff is not fun because of the difficulty. Hope you guys fix this quickly. This game certainly has major potential. I think it’s a really fun and unique game and It’s always fun with friends. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a detective related games. If they keep adding updates including the big one that is supposed to make the game full access and finished I think this game could really blow up. (for the devs if you see this)

I bought the game last night and found out that it was also released that day! I was wowed about how little bugs there was and how I kept on playing it. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed, it will really get you to pay attention about the little things. Overall I will continue to play this game a lot and I am looking forward to future new maps and DLCs to be added! I highly recommend this game.I was invited to play in the Invitational pre-release tournament. This was for streamers of all sizes and it was so much fun and such an intense way to discovered the game. In the game you play as either the Outlaw or Sheriff (1v1 or 2v2). As a Sheriff you have to hunt the Outlaw that is trying to complete the various challenges on the list. You get one shot and you then win or fail the round. As the Outlaw some of the challenges are really easy to complete and then others can be more tricky due to the location on the map. The game itself is plenty of fun and everyone inside the tournament and after release have been super cool. Some take the opportunity to be that cheeky outlaw and other become the strict sheriff and this alone makes the game come to life. Killing Floor 2
