The only real corruption – if there will be any – will come with the niece, her friend and mcs other daughter. And even there i think they will just jump him since hes soooo nice/cute and they are sooo innocent that the know nothing and he shows them.How can I summarize this game in two words… I know! “Turbo Incest”… The graphics are beautiful, the animations are well done, you can see that someone took a long time doing everything, this is the part I liked about the game… Now let’s go to the dialogues/story… The game offers you options for dialogues and actions, the reason I didn’t like the story so much is, choices don’t have consequences or when they do in the game, the consequences don’t make sense based on good common sense… I play these games without audio, so I don’t have much to say about it… But that’s it, I really liked the graphics, but I also didn’t really like the story and plot, so 3 stars… Recommend it? There is magic here and I wish the dev success. With each update, the story does not shy away or slow down from its previous momentum. Not only am I looking forward to the art, but I am looking forward to the story development. If the dev does not neglect either, this should make for one of the top VNs on F95. I had to see what’s up with this game, because everyone was talking about the beautiful renders, and they are ok, but not spectacular. I come from a photography background and some of them very overexposed. However, that’s where it stops being good for me. The story IMO is nothing special, it may be a little better than your standard game that is doing what this game is obviously trying to do, and that’s cater to a very specific audience, but I just can’t agree with the majority who are acting like it’s something spectacular. I frankly found it typical at best. The characters don’t grip me and I have no idea where the game is going. Which is normally fine, if the dialogue is interesting enough to hold may attention and it’s not. The renders are by far the best I’ve seen in any game. The lighting is done well, the models are very well detailed (thank god some people don’t use the default nipples) and flat out gorgeous. The story (this would be the patched version) is insane and disturbing, but intriguing as well – it does a good job in pulling you in, even if you want to throw up in your mouth a little. I usually don’t care about loli content – it is what it is, it’s all fantasy. I think the reason it comes across, well disturbing, in this VN is b/c of the amount of inner dialogue about how in love he is with his daughter(s). Other games with lolis, you bang them, done – but this one wants you invested in an incestuous loli relationship, which, if that’s your cup-of-tea great, but made me feel dirty honestly. The couple of animations are decent – the fact that he actually has the tits move in a realistic fashion is a breath of fresh air. There is also way too much inner dialogue, that would be my main advice to the dev, cut that shit down. So why 5 stars? The renders are terrific and the story is intriguing. I would want to keep playing if this wasn’t a porn game at all just to see what other beauty this guy can pull out of DAZ Studio. Such A Sharp Pain is your more or less typical family themed game… the MC is caught in bed with his oldest daughter Alice by his wife, wife throws him out of his home and the MC creeps back to his sister and her daughter with whom he’s had no contact for the past five years. But he needs a place to stay. And then you soon learn that the MC and his sister have a steamy backstory as well….

Very enjoyable so far, it grips us and forces us to want more and more.

Character design is outstanding, the animations are really great and even though there is not much content yet there is already quite a bit of action. Only with one character so far, but Alice is really pretty, so I suppose there will hardly be any complaints. If you like instant gratification Such A Sharp Pain will please you. If you look for a more gradual build-up… well… you won’t get it. At least with Alice. The one thing I really, really don’t like are some of the very underage looking models. Fortunately at least Alice, the older daughter, can realistically pass as 18. It’s just plain silly when certain very young characters are referred to as being 18 years old. They look 12 maybe. Some look even younger… But at least according to the dev everyone is avoidable (other than Alice, but she looks 18). So that’s that… and the version posted here apparently won’t have any interactions with the very young looking characters anyway. So the game you get here is censored. Some more words about the story… at first you may think that things jump straight into the action without any rhyme or reason or build-up. But you will soon realize that this game makes heavy use of flashbacks that flesh out the characters and their backstory. Beholder 2 Switch NSP

The game is still in the very early stages, so there’s not too much content as of yet, but chances are high that certain relationships, like the one with Alice, will receive a lot more backstory. You also get some parts of the sister’s backstory already, this will certainly be expanded in future updates. What I don’t like, and what many other games in this genre do, is how characters are always refererred to as “my 18-year-old daughter”… no one thinks or speaks like that. These games apparently always want to remind you of the age and blood relation. But I think virtually everyone who plays this game will not forget the basic premise. I wish people would refer to each other by name. It sounds stilted when it’s always “18-year-old this”, daughter that…”. It’s not needed. Unless you have the memory capacity of a housefly maybe. Nevertheless Such A Sharp Pain is off to a good start. But the final verdict is of course still out so early in development. But so far everything is fine. And everything looks great, this game has outstanding renders, this cannot be emphasized enough! These are some of the best I have seen yet, in any game. And Alice especially is very pretty, and I appreciate that she has a realistic body. And the eyes are very expressive, this can be said about all the characters. And even the much bustier sister looks natural. Many games often drop the ball here by going overboard. Not so here! If you appreciate good and realistic looking love interests Such A Sharp Pain will almost certainly draw you in.

This is my biggest fear, the game started kicking the tent pole, and it showed us something different, starting where many take years to get.

This game could become one of the very best of its type. Give it a try, it’s a short experience, but chances are high you will enjoy this a lot.characters are adorable i would have wanted to have some wife action with first render for story although there are a lot of flashbacks the continuity of how they were added is nice and feels fluent the story is nice and i can see that later on it will be hard to decide which path to choose since im guessing a path will lock content with the other one hope theres an option to get them both later on overall design 9/10 although i like the designs i think it could get better later on story 8/10 i like it but i feel like it could get some work here and there I tried this game because of the reviews and the visuals. I actually stopped playing at the end of the prologue, and then gave it another go about a week later. The renders are really nicely done. Beautiful looking models and characters. Nice lighting and all, and the eyes of the characters are very well done. If it was just a review of the visuals I’d give it 5 stars, but….

While the dialog is decent enough, if not a little cliche with all the ‘brother’ and ‘sister’ and ‘daughter’ talk. That’s not normal speech. People use names when addressing others. My main problem with the writing is the amount of inner dialog. So much inner dialog. I am a strong believer in show, don’t tell. I get that in a VN showing takes a lot more work, so I’m find with some inner dialog, but there is just way to much so far in this game. The reader is not stupid, some things they can figure out and understand on their own. I usually never skip text when playing a VN as I want to experience the story, but I was very tempted in this one. All in all, I’m looking forward to seeing where this game goes, but I sincerely hope the dev cuts down on the amount of inner dialog and focuses more on character to character dialog. The renders are great though – worth playing just for those. I am very excited about this project. The art and storytelling are strong, and while it’s still definitely a stroke game, it’s much more ambitious than most games that live in this same kink space, and I think KETZAL has exactly the right mindset to make it happen, if they stick with it.

A couple minor criticisms: The art is gorgeous and it’s kind of amazing that KETZAL seems to consider themselves a novice, because they’re learning fast, with a lot of attention being paid to lighting and composition. The one issue is that the art is being created as complete images for the dimensions of the game window, when the text boxes actually cover most of the bottom third, which means constantly hitting H to see the full images. This is just a Renpy thing and something we have to live with. I also think the script could benefit from a light pass by an editor for style reasons. There are no spelling or grammatical errors that I can recall and everything properly conveys its intended meaning, but every sixth text box contains slightly odd bits of phrasing that make me wonder if English might not might not be KETZEL’s first language. Everything is technically fine but a little non-standard, like I just wouldn’t expect someone to phrase things that way. To be clear, I’m basically talking about the kinds of adjustments an editor at a fiction magazine would recommend before publishing. It speaks to the strength of the writing that that’s what I’d be thinking about, when most erotic games have me thinking “oh god, this character needs to shut the hell up.” (And even that is probably just because of my own experience doing that kind of editing.)
