I enjoyed the quality of the art (no censor is a big plus), any game with sexy animal girls gets some big points in my book, and all the sex stats are something I wish more games did, I love that. It has frequent character driven dialog and they’re all given loads of opportunity to express themselves to the player for some good character growth moments. Taking a couple stars off for two main reasons. One: It has a rich sex stats/corruption system, but most of the time it was hard to tell if it was even working. I like to play full-slut mode with games like this but no matter how high I padded their numbers, they’re still pretty prudish and squeamish in my game, not all that slutty behaving. Seems to be more gated to the story I guess. Two is that the protagonist is rather bland and about the only time his personality shows itself is when he’s being all whiny with NTR-related stuff, but I suppose that just comes with the territory of this sort of game. They might not play dirty, but god damn do they like to talk. I’ll admit, this game had way more to it than I was anticipating. Hidden quests, side quests, special items, unique dialogue, missable CGs, and a very very very avoidable NTR route. Yes, NTR is avoidable, you can stop asking. Sheesh. Of course this is first and foremost a Kagura corruption game, so the usual can be found here. Defeated CGs, walking around town at night, blowing a bad guy to avoid a battle or make it easier, and earning cash by selling their bodies. But, it is pretty obvious when the NTR comes into play, and even if you “check out the intro” to those routes you don’t automatically place yourself on the bad end. It takes a bit more doing to turn a rebel into cock hungry slut willing to betray her friends and love interest. On top of all the things TM you can do, there are a ton of sexy time moments with not just the two main girls but also the guy checking things out too. It was fun though to see our guy getting his freak on, while one of the other girls can be seen on screen blowing an NPC or being compensated molested. Fairs fair I say. Now I was a little worried towards the end of my run that I had locked myself out of a harem route, but it appears that so long as you don’t let either girl become a cock addict to the bad guys, you can just say “both” and boom, you got boobs and petite pussy ready to jump in bed for a threesome. If only Triss and Yennefer could have learned to have done this for the literal savior of the world, fucking selfish is what that is.

CLASSIC RPG EXPERIENCE

Sadly there’s no major kink being stroked here, so while this game was all that and a bag of chips, it didn’t ever get me roaring to go. Worst yet if there is a shit ton of spoken dialogue, world building, and story you’ll need to endure to reach the fun stuff. Yes yes, you’re a princess, yes yes, the bad guy is the military leader, just hurry up and bend over so I can teach you the wonders of anal.I love ntr games with battle rape but this one… Is poor, very very poor, tha rape scene is only one for all characters and enemies, I think the artist tried focus on the cgs but is poor too, don’t have many and storie is very slooooow for start porn, but the storie is not soo bad, I liked, but have more games with the same thematic and much more better than this one, if u want one u can read my reviews and u will find many. The story takes place in an alternate 1950s Italy (named Stivale) with a fantasy bent. It’s actually pretty basic, boiling down to “help the princess stop the evil prime minister wrecking the country”, but the execution is adequate enough. The setting itself is rather interesting. A lot of effort went into the worldbuilding but sadly a lot of the lore is told either by books found in inns or by the characters infodumping. There’s enough stuff to make a meaty RPG even if you remove all the porn but as it is the setting is underutilized. Another thing to note is the overall tone of the game. Despite moments of drama it errs more toward the comedic side, with stuff like talking animals, random encounters consisting of privilegied women and their poms, or a weird obsession with poop. Ryuunosuke: the protagonist, hailing fom alternate 1950s Japan. I suspect he’s been made a foreigner in order to give him a reason to not know Stivale very well, allowing the other characters to explain the lore to the player. There could have been a nice clash of cultures here but ultimately this angle stays unexploited. Ryuunosuke is a rather generic kind MC with a covert pervert side, though the “covert” part disappears quickly. He’s overall pretty bland. Selena: cute blonde fox-girl is the most important character in the game. She’s the one aiming to take down Prime Minister Abattini, everyone else just tags along. She’s strong-willed, unrefined and a bit violent. She’s also quite romantic, even though she dresses like a streetwalker. Nothing groundbreaking here, but her characterization is solid enough to make you care about her. Lisa: the cat-girl with huge boobs. At first glance a prude man-hater, it becomes obvious very quickly she’s a slut in denial. Whether she becomes a loving girlfriend or a cheating sow is up to you, the player. Her dynamic in the party mostly consist of playing the straight-man to Selena’s more outrageous though-patterns. She’s cute and fun enough but Selena is clearly the star of the show. The other characters of note are antagonists or antagonists-turned-allies. In most cases, what you see is what you get. In some cases (Abattini in particular) you get hints they weren’t always the way they are now but these trails remain unexplored in-game. Boring and forgettable. You get standard RPG Maker combat with trivial normal enemies and damage-sponge bosses. Certain enemies can attempt to rape the heroines mid-battle, something that can be easily avoided by making sure their clothes aren’t destroyed thanks to the cheap protection item sold in stores. And good thing it’s cheap too, because this mechanic is pointless —the bulk of the porn comes from the events.

TURN-BASED COMBAT

The three main characters have a class tree. This is an entirely superfluous mechanic: their archetype (swordsman, gunner, mage) is fixed. Class changing only boosts stats and allows to learn more skills. The same result could have been achieved by just streamlining their stat growth and give them a single skill tree with specialization. Overall the game is just very easy and becomes something of a chore quickly. Bosses can take a long time since they are huge blobs of HP though they’re all vulnerable to percentage DoTs (Poison, Burn, Stigma). This is the only strategy you’ll need. There’s a surrender skill if you want to lose to bosses for the rape H-scenes, and you’ll need it: it’s very unlikely you’ll lose if you actually try to win, even on Hard difficulty. Had this part been good I’d have rated the game 4 stars. Character art is very pleasant to look at. Battle sprites are fine, though a lot of enemies look very different from their map appearance. Tilesets are a mix of stock & DLC Rpg Maker sets. Thumbs down for the factory tileset, which is absolutely terrible. It’s upscaled low-res to the point I’m sure it was originally made for RPG Maker 2000. Fortunately we don’t spend much time in factories… Overall, graphics are decent. As for audio, five characters are voiced, including Selena and Lisa. They are not fully voiced, mind you: only for story segments and H events. This represents quite a lot of lines regardless. Important: there are bugs related to voice files. At a couple story events, the path name is wrong and you’ll have to keep clicking “Retry” at the error message until you can save, then quit and restart. Rather annoying. Music is another story though. The number of tracks is low, making everything very repetitive. There isn’t even a boss battle theme. Porn There are 3 main categories of porn: vanilla, rape and NTR. Rape only happens when losing against bosses. They are all one-off scenes, not impacting anything except the girls’ sex stats. You have to try to get them and honestly I wish they didn’t exist: content on defeat doesn’t work so well in games not centered around it and this is effort that could have been put towards more vanilla and NTR scenes. Vanilla scenes happen between the girls and Ryuunosuke. They are delivered extremely slowly, gated by story events and endings. It’s a bit of a pity. With the exception of the ending scenes they are all viewed by resting at an inn with one of the girls. There are also a couple vanilla scenes with two of the secondary heroines. As for NTR scenes… for the majority of the game they are prostitution events. You get them by playing as the girls and prowling the streets at night. At first the girls only do stuff like exhibitionism and as their Lewdness stat increases they can do more. It only becomes full NTR (with ending) by following a specific event chain at the end of the game (and you can only do this for one girl per playthrough). Basically, it means that unless you specifically choose to play as Selena or Lisa and have them whore themselves out you’ll never see any NTR.

Graphics & Audio

As you can see there’s a bit of everything for everyone but there isn’t enough of it. If you like vanilla you’ll be starved for content for a while, even though the ending H-scenes are very hot lovey-dovey pregnant sex. If you like NTR you’ll have to make do with standard prostitution for most of the game, only to get what you want at the very end, and only for a single girl. If you like rape and corruption you have to lose on purpose against weak bosses knowing those scenes don’t really impact anything. The scenes themselves are good enough, the game is just too unfocused. At least you can unlock everything you missed on new game+ instead of doing multiple playthroughs. Final words This review ended up far longer than I planned. Because I actually like this game. It has an interesting setting full of possibilities, lovely beast-girls, a story that does its job and a lot of porn. It’s also a RPG, a genre I love. If only the game part was better and the porn part less haphazard… It’s a ok game and worth playing once. It simply could have been much more. The art is great but don’t bother if you don’t like ntr even if it said NTR Avoidable the content for non-ntr is barebone i play like 3-4 hour and i said to myself this is enough because 4 hour and not a single H-scene with main mc ( only handjob and blowjob )

It’s very slow to start, but later on it does get interesting as there is political intrigue and it feels like there are actual stakes in the fights. Plot related character motivations make sense and are consistent. The alternative to writing a story is to not have one or write something surreal and mind numbing, so kudos to AvantGarde for trying to write a legitimate story. The game’s choice system is not subtle at all. Obviously when you make a game you want choices to matter, but the results of each choice are too blunt. The good/Johnny Bravo option = Deus ex Machina, bad option = you get cucked. The story is, alright…? It’s mildly engaging and features a neat, alternate early 20th century europe setting. I also quite like the characters and there’s some fun dialog and interactions. Other than that it doesn’t do anything very interesting and your input into the story is a little disappointing. What I mean by that is there’s a few endings however pretty much all the choices you made and stats you built up to get to the final section are meaningless. You get to choose between the two heroines and then you get to choose the normal end or the NTR end. It doesn’t matter if your chosen heroine has prostituted herself dozens of times and sucked more dicks than there are Chan’s in a Chinese phonebook, or if you’ve protected her from every nefarious ne-er do well that’s been thrown at you. It’s just down to your choices in the last segment. The gameplay is, again, meh. It’s RPG maker combat. It’s not terribly unbalanced and grindy, but it’s hardly fun and inspired. There’s a class system that doesn’t add all that much and there’s side quests to complete but none of it’s hugely compelling. So what about the porn? That’s what saves the game for me. The art is fantastic and the game is pretty large so there’s a ton of scenes which you can get from either spending time with the girls at an inn, going out alone as a heroine at night time, trying to avoid boss battles or of course losing to certain bosses. It also has a favourite feature of mine, trackable lewd stats. It’s just unfortunate that, as I mentioned earlier, they don’t really mean much more besides which extra scenes the girls can get. There’s a good variety of fetishes as well, all of which are optional. You can have a lovely monogamous romance with one of the heroines, or you can watch her get gangbanged. I would warn that while you can have a vanilla romance the quantity of scenes is a bit more weighted towards the NTR side of things.
