ASTLIBRA Revision Free Download Unfitgirl Astlibra Revision, a 2D action-RPG developed by KEIZO and published by WhisperGames, is launching today on Steam. Players will explore meticulously crafted worlds, overcome brutal boss battles and upgrade their abilities as they explore a fractured world. The game boasts more than 60 hours of content across multiple chapters following the protagonist and his companion Karon (a talking bird) as they travel through time. Aside from the main missions, there’s ‘a multitude of secrets’ to discover as well. Astlibra Revision features graphics refined by the industry veteran Shigatake (from Vanillaware, best known for games like Odin Sphere and Dragon’s Crown) and aims to be ‘an ode to classic side scrollers’. Players can customise their playstyle with different weapons and skills. The game isn’t over when the credits roll, either. Astlibra Revision boasts a postgame with new story missions and more ways to upgrade your character. With six difficulty modes, players of all levels can play the game at their own pace.Slashing, Smashing, thrusting countless enemies while building up stamina for powerful Possession Skills, which are enough to melt away anything that blocks your way, including huge bosses that could take half, or even more of the screen. Fight aggressively while thinking strategically, always pick up the most trust worthy equipment Unfitgirl.COM SEXY GAMES

And select the best suited skills to deal with ever changing circumstances. Battle ferocious bosses throughout the story, each with their own set of attacks and challenges. Upgrading abilities and acquiring new skills are vital to finishing each battle and progressing through the protagonist’s story. A warrior mastered ranged combat with bows and throwing knives? A mage smashing enemies with staffs and cast magic at the same time? Play it in your way. Gathering experience to level up, collecting force to grow up, forging and mastering equipment to open up more tactical options. 14 years in development and more than 1 year for revision, award-winning indie developer KEIZO gave his all into this work. The plot keeps twisting as characters growing in an ever expanding world; Classic themes like time travel and tons of spoilers are all custom-made with the developer’s own style. In ASTLIBRA, Story elements are often made into game mechanics, for example, your soul-mate Karon is not just a sidekick to talk with. With 6 difficulty options, all kinds of players can enjoy the combat system at their own pace, but no one can finish all those contents casually – even after you “beat” the game, the Postscript after Final Chapter will provide extra story, new adventure and fresh system, tapping the potential of skills, equipment, as well as your imagination.

Fruitful Endgame with Even More Challenges

As the store page already mentioned a lot about the game itself, I want to talk about something else: The game is developed by a solo Japanese developer (Mr. KEIZO) for more than 14 years, and an extra 1.5 year of refinement done by a professional team featuring an famous artist and founding member of Vanillaware, Mr. Shigatake. Mr. KEIZO has a daily job and only work on the game after he gets back home. It is not easy to develop a video game on your own. 14 years of development is just too long for anyone. However his love to video games and his will to continue made KEIZO come this far. Mr. KEIZO has given his all to this game. The game has a subtitle called “Proof of Life”. As one player commented, it is indeed the proof of life of Mr. KEIZO himself! Astlibra Revision is a side-scrolling action RPG. At first, it seems almost insultingly basic. You can equip different weapons, shields, and armor and you can only swing your weapon in front of you or upward. But you find new moves in chests, and using the weapons and shields a certain amount unlocks new perks you can equip. After a handful of hours, you’ll be able to dash, backstep to avoid damage, do a shield bash, launch enemies with a charged upward swing, and counter-attack after blocking. There’s a surprising amount of depth here, and the game only grows more complex with time. Dead or Alive 5 Last Round

There are even magic spells that briefly transform Karon into different creatures — like a dragon that shoots fireballs. Hitting enemies generates mana, and you can fire off spells very frequently. You level up after gaining enough experience and then receive five points to put into your stats. Stat-building is one of the primary focuses in Astlibra Revision, and you can redistribute your points at will. But leveling up isn’t the only way to boost your stats. Attack, defense, and HP will be changed based on your equipment, as is standard. But there’s also a giant tree — similar to the one in Path of Exile — that allows you more stat increases. Enemies drop different-colored gems used to purchase these increases. Purchase one and the next one can be bought, and so forth. As you move through the tree, you’ll find pathways are locked and require keys you have to buy elsewhere in the tree. It’s a well-thought-out system; you’ll frequent the tree often for your spending sprees. You can even convert gems to a different color if you happen to have an excess of one color and none of another. As you play the game, you’ll also happen upon magic gems you can use to slot your perks. These can require as little as one slot or even several, depending. Gems are offered by using equipment and spells, but some are also found in chests.

Multiple Ways to Build Your Character

As examples, you can discover a double jump perk in a chest, and you’ll get a skill that increases knockback from using a specific weapon. There are pages and pages of these, which allow you to tailor the experience to your own specifications. There’s so much variance and depth to it that you’re just always finding new things. Astlibra Revision‘s chapters are usually geographically separate from one another. To the best of my knowledge, you can’t go back and forth between visited areas. As such, there appear to be many things you can miss. Some of these things are pretty major too, as a lot of the chests containing goodies are semi-hidden or not easily accessible. You might have to walk or jump through fake walls or interact with a tiny green jewel to make a chest appear. This could open up later in the game, though. It’s apparently over 60 hours long and I only knew of its existence three days prior to launch, hence why this isn’t a full review. Then there’s the way you get new equipment. Monsters drop materials and gold to use at shops to craft new gear. Many of the shops in remote locations are a tiny building floating on a balloon operated by a talking pig named Mokyu. Once you reach a new area, one of your first orders of business is to try and get new gear made so you’ll stand more of a chance against dangerous new enemies. Enemies can hit very hard and, if you die, you have to return to your last save point. Dead or Alive 6

Ok lads I briefly paused my playthrough to write this review for anyone interested in this game. It’s been barely 3 hours for me in my playthrough. I’m lvl 10 and I just beat the 1st “real” boss moments ago. I’m playing on a Ps4 Controller as well. Aite so that’s outta the way..cool. Pros: The BGM is PHENOMENAL. Combat feels absolutely engaging (vibrations on lol), smooth, and mmm best word SPECTACULAR! Character dialogue is actually good and funny. Npc’s “feel” like they have a personality. Great for immersion purposes. I’m absolutely in love with the leveling system, it feels rewarding when you lvl up. There’s an amazing amount of variety for weps, armor, and accessories. Enemies drop rare items, you can mine loot to! Theres alot more Pros to this game but I kinda wanna move on since I’m being deprived of em’ while writing this review. Cons: Tbh, my only gripe (I experienced this in the demo as well) is when I’m attacking while pressing forward with my analog stick it’ll sometimes block (since pressing/holding down blocks for you). The only remedy was to use the D-pad to play. Also, unfortunately I couldn’t change my blocking from pressing/holding down to one of the back buttons (R1 or R2). I respect Mr. KEIZO with my heart and would like to invite you all to join this unique journey of returning to the golden age of JRPGs!

Fight God-Like Boss Battles

I’m really falling in love with this game, I played something like 10 hours of just the demo/trial earlier this week, so I’m already a ways into Act 3 continuing from that save. The combat’s very satisfying and fun (and quite challenging on Hell difficulty) with a pretty neat and easy to use magic system, and all the art’s just gorgeous imo. There’s a good variety of different progression mechanics that have kept me hooked; maxing out the XP bar for each weapon, shield, and armor piece to either unlock new skills or more capacity to equip skills has been especially compelling. Currently trying to survive while using the tree branch from the beginning of the game because I’m finally getting enough XP from enemies to make good progress on its bar haha. The story hasn’t done much to blow me away yet but its mysteries and few core characters have been interesting enough. There’s time travel shenanigans involved so I expect things might get pretty wild eventually. Highly recommended checking the demo out at least, especially if you’re a fan of games like Odin Sphere or SotN. A fun game with potential for sure… but skip the in-game demo! The game recommends it when you go to start a new game, but I don’t. It’s a greatly-extended tutorial with at best, nothing to do with the story and at worst, spoilers for the end of the story.

Not sure, as I haven’t finished the game yet but either way it didn’t add to the experience, was confusing and somewhat boring, having access to allthethings. That’s the end of the bad news though. First impression with the main game so far is that it’s fun to progress, level up, improve stats, obtain new skills and slash the bad guys. The dialogue has occasional mild levels of jank but nothing terribly egregious so far. Likewise the story seems fair, nothing terrible but nothing outstanding yet either. Demons destroy villages, hero needs to kill demons and find his friend with crow companion in tow. Feels like they’re setting up an obvious twist but I could be wrong. We’ll see once I’m able to sink more time into it. I already think it’s worth a look and unless it turns out to be unnecessarily long I expect to finish it. Anyway, if you’re interested here’s the first video in my playthrough What an incredible game! I haven’t been able to stop playing it since I started and I can already tell this will be one of those games I’ll be sorry to see come to an end. Back in 2001 I played Shadow Hearts on the PS2 and it became one of my all time favorite game series because of the zany cast of characters and unique combat system along with an engrossing and endearing story that could be both ridiculous and comedic but also dark and serious in its overtones.

Astlibra Revision has given me that familiar unique gaming experience all these years later and I can’t tell the creator how appreciative I am of that. I highly recommend this game and hope we can see more from this game series and developer in the future. Walked in blind and was pleasantly surprised at how crisp the gameplay feels. You have quite a bit of reign on how you want to build your character, and you’re not severely penalized for completely neglecting certain stats. I’ve dumped all of my points into attack power because I was enjoying the weapon gameplay and how each weapon feels unique from one another, but I still cast spells to take advantage of invincibility frames when I get in a tight spot. I can see myself trying a pure caster build in a future playthrough. I’m playing on hard and it’s just about how I expected it to feel: a decent challenge where you get punished for mistakes, but not to the point where you’re one-shot by a random slime. I do have some frustrating times where I get hit-stunned and die, but that’s because I did something stupid. Thankfully, the skip event system is actually pretty good.
